Do you ever look around and think to yourself, "how are all of these women so confident and I am not?" Chances are, the majority of them are not, they have doubts just like you and I. But how did they become so confident? Confidence is not something you just have, it's something you have to create! You have to believe in yourself first and foremost.
So let's break it down!
Step 1: Curate your social media. Cut out those influencers and others that make you feel bad about yourself. When you see a photo that just down right upsets you, click that little unfollow button and take a deep breath!
Step 2: Don't look at those numbers on the scale. If those silly little numbers are what is making you feel bad, then stop looking at them! You are NOT those numbers, you are more than that! You can improve your health without it.
Step 3: Stop comparing yourself to others. Just because you're looking at the girl walking through the mall and you think to yourself "how does she have it and I don't?" Chances are, she has her own securities you just don't know about. Stop comparing yourself and being in competition with others around you.
Loving yourself and your body doesn't happen overnight, so don't give up! Push to the finish line and prioritize your body and your mind!
