At Modish Lily, we support small business, and you will quickly find that our featured, true-to-size products not only pass through quality assurance, but are from American-made business.

How to Shop

Modish Lily tries as much as possible to keep all of our processes to make shopping with us as easy and fun! In our VIP group, you will find that it's very easy to comment on a post and an invoice will be given to you in a reply. Find more than one thing in group you want? Comment on multiple posts and your invoice will grow! All invoices are held for 24 hours from the time they are given. 

Don’t forget to download our iOS and Android app. Once you do, enable push notifications to stay updated on promos, lives, sales and more!

How to Pay

When you add items to your Modish Cart  they are held for you for 24 hours. You will get reminder message about your cart. After that, your cart will expire.

When shopping the app or website, items will also be held for 24 hours. You will get a reminder email that you left items in your cart. After that, your cart will expire.

We accept payments in the form of all major credit cards, Sezzle, Afterpay and PayPal. We do not accept cash, check or Venmo. Sezzle and Afterpay allow you to shop now and pay later over 4 easy, interest-free payments.


Shipping is a $3.99 rate or FREE shipping over $50 USD unless otherwise stated. At this time, we only ship within the United States, Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping fees are non-refundable if you make a return or exchange.

Current processing time is 5-7 business days not including holidays or weekends. Orders begin to process the following business day after the invoice is paid. This timeline is subject to change.

Shipping times on PREORDERS will vary and will be communicated on the individual items listing. These timelines are estimated time frames and can be subject to change. All updates will be communicated via email. Preorders are shipped to you as soon as the orders are received by Modish Lily.

All orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority (estimated 1-5 business days after processing). This timeline cannot be guaranteed. Modish Lily is also not responsible for the timeline after they are accepted by USPS. Modish Lily will not be responsible for any lost, stolen or mishandled packages.

Returns and Refunds

RETURNS: We spend a lot of time putting together try on videos, doing live sales, writing product descriptions and fit-videos, so please use these tools to help guide you in selecting the right sizing. We do hope you love all of your Modish Lily items, but we understand that sometimes, it’s just not the right fit. Items can be returned within 14 days for store credit ONLY. Returns after 14 days will not be accepted.

All returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn and with the original sewn in tags still intact. No perfume, deodorant, makeup stains, pet hair or any odors should be on the clothing. Inspection of your item will be performed, before you gift card is e-mailed.

Shipping fees from the original purchase will NOT be refunded. The customer is also responsible for the shipping cost to send it back to Modish Lily.

All gift cards, gifts with purchase, sale items or items purchased with a coupon code are FINAL SALE.  Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Accessories such as hats, purses/bags, jewelry, head bands, blankets, belts, socks, scarves, candles, coffee, etc, cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective.

Because we are a small business, we only allow ONE return per customer per month.

EXCHANGES: We will offer sizing exchanges if the same items is still avaible in a different size. You are, however, responsible for shipping the original item back to Modish Lily at the below address. The item will go through inspection to be sure it can be used for resale. If the exchange is approved, the new size item will be shipped within 5 business days of acceptance.  A tracking number will be sent to you for the new item via e-mail sent to the e-mail given on the original order.

REFUNDS: Once your order is received, it will go through inspection. If you returned item is approved, a store credit will be issued within 5 business days via e-mailed gift card. Your gift card will be sent to the e-mail that was associated with the order.

You must send a tracking number for your return via e-mail to info@modishlily.com. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please consider purchasing shipping insurance.
